Assertion semantics

AFFIRMED, EXPLICITLY_UNSUPPORTED, UNKNOWN, PARTIAL, CONDITIONAL, and DISPUTED describe assertion state. UNKNOWN never becomes NO without explicit evidence. Scope is derived from the latest accepted observation.

Evidence is multidimensional

Source class, maturity, independence, and assertion support confidence are separate. Capability panels always expose vendor documentation, public demonstration, independent validation, and production effectiveness. Missing evidence is rendered as NONE_FOUND or UNKNOWN.

Change and review

Deterministic candidates preserve their immutable machine proposal. Human decisions append a new review record with reviewer, time, rationale, methodology, and confirmed decision impacts.

Publication boundary

Automation prepares draft artifacts. Agents cannot merge or publish. A human-approved merge to the trusted publication branch is required.
